Who is responsible

What we collect, and why
- Purchase details when you buy credits: what Stripe shows the seller, that is your name, email address, country and the pack you bought, so your credits can be delivered. Your full card number never reaches Solapoh.
- Task summaries sent by your AI tool, and the skill metadata extracted from them: skill names, levels and progress. This is the service itself.
Nothing else. No analytics, no advertising trackers, and no cookies on this site beyond those Stripe sets on its own checkout pages.
What we never collect
- Your source code or file contents
- Your conversations with your AI tool
- Absolute paths and project names (stripped before anything is sent)
- Anything in
.env,.git, gitignored files, or outside the published allowlist
The scanner promise
The optional local scanner only opens file types on a published, open-source allowlist, and the scanner module has no network access of its own. A dry run shows you exactly what would be sent before anything leaves your machine, and a .solapohignore file excludes anything you choose.
Where data is stored and for how long
Skill data is stored on servers in the European Union for as long as you use the service. Stripe keeps payment records under its own policy and legal obligations.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. Email [email protected]; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
