1. What you are buying

Prepaid credits for the Solapoh service. One credit is used each time a task summary sent by your AI tool is analysed into skills on your map. Credits are tied to your account, are personal and non-transferable, and do not expire.

2. Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is taken once, at purchase, through Stripe. Solapoh never sees or stores your card details. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

3. Delivery

Your credits and the instructions to connect your AI tool are sent by email after Stripe confirms the payment, normally within 24 hours.

4. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, for any credits you have not used. Using a credit is a request to start the service for that credit and waives the right of withdrawal for it. To withdraw, email [email protected] with your order number. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of your request. See the refund policy.

5. Your data

Solapoh never receives your source code or conversations. What is collected and why is described in the privacy policy.

6. Liability

Solapoh is provided as described on this site. Skill analyses are indicative and do not constitute a certification or a guarantee of employment. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under French and EU law.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute cannot be settled directly with [email protected], you may refer it free of charge to a consumer mediator (médiateur de la consommation), as provided by articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
