Unused credits
You can get a full refund for credits you have not used, within 14 days of purchase. Credits you have already used are not refundable, because the analysis has already been delivered.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with the order number from your Stripe receipt. No reason is needed.
When you get it
The refund goes back to the payment method you used, within 14 days of your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
